She is also involved in digital policy research through the Asia-Pacific Policy Observatory (APPO). Still learning and growing in the Internet governance space, she is always excited to explore new opportunities, connect with fellow young people, and help others find their place in the regional digital policy community.

Rathanak Sreang

Mr. Rathanak Sreang holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (2015) and a Master of Science in Information Technology Engineering (2021) from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. With over a decade of experience in software engineering and applied research, he specializes in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, machine learning, and computer vision. Since 2022, he has led the Applied AI team at the Government Digital Transformation Unit, driving the use of AI to enhance public services and foster digital innovation. He is the founder of KhmerLang.com, a platform advancing Khmer-language technology, and a part-time lecturer at Paragon International University, teaching AI and Data Mining. Skilled in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern software frameworks, he is a strong advocate for Cambodia’s digital transformation and the development of open resources for Khmer technology.

He currently serves as a Program Manager at Digital Future Cambodia Organization, where he oversees the Digital Security Program, including DigitalHub101.com, a Khmer-language platform dedicated to raising awareness of digital security and promoting online safety.

Since 2018, he has worked as a digital security consultant, providing training, consultations, and technical support to civil society organizations, journalists, and local communities across Cambodia. His work focuses on strengthening digital security awareness, building digital resilience, and promoting safer online practices among individuals and organizations.
