Governance Lead and Design Researcher, The Pranava Institute
Dhanyashri Kamalakannan is a Governance Lead at The Pranava Institute, New Delhi. An orthodontist by training, Dhanyashri brings a unique perspective to problem-solving, research design and planning, and stakeholder management to Pranava’s research projects. At the institute, her work focuses on creating resources and pathways for engagement for diverse stakeholders in the technology, policy and business ecosystems. She holds a Master’s in Human-Centered Design from the Srishti School of Design, Bangalore. She has worked on several projects at Pranava, including AI in the Public Sector, Design Beyond Deception, and The Unboxing Tech Toolkit Project. She has presented her work at several forums including the Global Innovation Gathering, Internet Governance Forum 2023, the UN Asia-Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum, and the Digital Privacy Scholars Network.

At ODC, he contributes to the research team with a particular focus on economic issues and international trade. He is also involved in developing projects in collaboration with French organizations and institutions. Driven by a strong interest in understanding how data can shed light on economic and social dynamics, Titouan is eager to explore the role of civil society organizations in promoting accessible and transparent information. He is grateful for the opportunity to contribute his skills while gaining valuable experience with the ODC team.

Riccardo Corrado, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at CamEd Business School and serves as Vice Chairman of the Italian Business Chamber Cambodia (ItaCham), the Italian chapter within EuroCham Cambodia.
His research focuses on the application of technology for sustainable development, regulatory frameworks in the telecommunications sector, and the digital transformation of public and private sectors, with a particular interest in the emerging space economy.

Thida joined ODC as a Communication Officer, where she supports media literacy training and leads the development of social media content, media outreach, and communication materials for both online and print platforms. She has contributed to media literacy initiatives with UNDP on Media, Information, and Digital Literacy (MIDL) and is currently engaged in the CLAP project with OIF, sharing Media and Information Literacy (MIL) knowledge with the National Committee for Lifelong Learning (NCLLL) in Preah Vihear and Kampong Thom.

Program Coordinator, Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM)
Hok Lida is a Program Coordinator at the Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM). She has been working on projects that promote Media and Information Literacy among youth through a training program called “Media 101 Club”.
Her work focuses on supporting youth, especially university students and marginalized groups to build their critical thinking, fact-checking skills, and responsible use of social media. She has hand-on experience in designing and delivering MIL training. Lida is passionate about helping people navigate today’s complex information landscape.

Edmon Chung is a social innovator and entrepreneur. Edmon currently serves as the CEO of DotAsia Organisation, serves on the Board of ICANN, the Executive Committee of Internet Society Hong Kong (ISOC HK), the Board of Make a Difference (MaD) Institute, and heads the secretariat for the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum (APrIGF). Edmon served also on the founding board of the Internet Governance Forum Support Association (IGFSA), continue to support its secretariat, cofounded the annual Hong Kong Kids International Film Festival (KIFF.Asia), and participates extensively on Internet governance and social innovation matters.
Edmon is an inventor of patents of internationalized domain names (IDN) and email addresses technologies, and has served on many global IDN related technical and policy groups, that made possible the introduction of multilingual domain names and email addresses on the Internet. Edmon won the Most Innovative Award in the Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurship Award in 2001. In 2000, Edmon was selected by The Globe and Mail as one of the Young Canadian Leaders. Between 2006 and 2010, Edmon served on the ICANN GNSO Council, between 2010 and 2012 on the ICANN At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC), and between 2006 and 2011, as an elected member of the Elections Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the Information Technology Subsector.
Edmon has a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Arts in Theology at the Lutheran Theological Seminary.

Somphors Yun is a young technologist and educator passionate about helping Cambodian youth become inspiring innovators in the digital world. He graduated in Software Engineering from the Kirirom Institute of Technology and has hands-on experience in data analytics through his internship at AMK Microfinance, where he learned how data and AI shape real-world decisions.
Today, he serves as a Learning Facilitator Assistant at the AUPP Liger Leadership Academy, guiding Grade 9 students in Creative Tech and encouraging them to design and innovate with curiosity, responsibility, and impact. He is also building Outlier Co., a startup that offers UX/UI design services.

Pisal is the director of the digital and innovation policy research centre of the cambodia academy of digital technology (cadt). he served as vice director of the asean ict centre of the asean digital sectoral body (adgmin/adgsom) from 2022-2023. prior to this, pisal worked for the ministry of post and telecommunications as an international cooperation officer in charge of asean, mekong cooperation, wto, and trade. he has played an active role in formulating and providing inputs to digital-related policies in cambodia and asean. pisal received his master’s in public policy specializing in economic policy and policy analysis from australian national university, and a master’s in international law from the university of paris 8.
