Program Details

The Main Theme of Cambodia YIGF 2024 : “Youth Pioneering a Resilient Digital Society” which is followed by the Sub-theme:

Roles	Responsibilities
Media Facilitator	Assist in creating and editing media contents Assist in photo taking and video recording during event Prepare, post, and write captions on our social media platforms
Venue and Technical Facilitator	Participate and initiate online conversation across a variety of channels Facilitate the speaker in term of technical assistance Assist with the set up of sound equipment Assist with technical issues prior to/during the event Collate speaker presentations and related materials
Event Facilitator	Handle attendee registration Arrange seating and distribute event materials Oversee certain tasks throughout the event Assist in managing the participants and speakers in appropriate place during event Ensure supply chain operations are coordinated and monitored
Speaker Moderator	Be a moderator for each session of speaker Be able to connect with audience and speaker on a deeper level of understanding Understand the basic knowledge of Internet Governance and Technological Innovation
Operational Support	Collect and record feedback from participants and attendees. Take notes during side-events and the main conference capturing key discussions and decisions Assist with writing post-event reports and summaries.
Logistic Support	Work closely with Organizing Committee Oversee on meals and well-being of all teams Logistical oversite
